Psychotherapy
Sometimes thoughts, feelings or behavioural patterns fall out of balance – and quality of life suffers. Here you receive psychotherapeutic support to understand causes, reduce distress and develop new perspectives.

How psychotherapy can support you
In psychotherapeutic work we use methods of cognitive behavioural therapy, complemented by systemic and mindfulness-based approaches. Alongside the classic methods of cognitive behavioural therapy, so-called third-wave approaches are also included, such as ACT, metacognitive therapy and schema therapy.
In addition, we draw on integrative depth-psychological methods as well as systemic techniques such as circular questioning and solution-focused approaches – for example to support decision-making. Therapy aims to help you recognise patterns, expand your room for action and make your everyday life stable and fulfilling again.
Typical topics
- Depression, exhaustion, burnout
- Anxiety, phobias, panic
- Stress, self-worth, perfectionism
- Personality disorders, e.g. narcissism
- Relationship conflicts and challenges from major life changes
- Career issues and life decisions
Evidence-based, combined individually
The following approaches are a selection of the methods used to support you in psychotherapeutic work.
Cognitive behavioural therapy
You receive support in better understanding distressing thoughts, feelings and behavioural patterns and gradually changing them. Together we develop concrete strategies for dealing with anxiety, depression or stress.
Third wave & schema therapy
Third-wave approaches such as ACT, metacognitive therapy, mindfulness and schema therapy address deeply anchored patterns and help you better understand and change recurring emotional reactions.
Systemic & solution-focused methods
In addition, we use systemic and solution-focused techniques such as circular questioning to break up entrenched perspectives, or resource activation, which specifically highlights your existing strengths. This creates new energy to act and expanded room for action, especially in difficult life situations and complex decisions.
