Six steps to working together

1. Getting in touch

You send us your enquiry via the contact form or by email and briefly describe your concern and the service you're interested in.

2. Free information call

For every service you receive a free, 15-minute information call in which any open questions are clarified in advance.

3. Clarifying cost coverage

You gain early clarity on whether and to what extent cost coverage by your insurance is possible – with our support if needed.

3

4. Initial conversation & getting to know each other

The initial conversation and up to two further conversations serve to get to know each other and jointly decide to begin working together.

Fees

Cost coverage by payer

The options for cost coverage differ depending on your insurance or payer. Below you find the most important information at a glance; exact fees can be found on the respective service pages.

For psychotherapy and ADHD assessment, you have the option of billing your statutory health insurer via the cost-reimbursement procedure under § 13 (2) of the German Social Code Book V (SGB V). Approval of cost coverage depends on the respective insurer and involves some administrative effort – you receive our support as well as all necessary forms.

Couples therapy is not a guideline psychotherapy and is not covered by statutory health insurers.

The cost of therapy is fully covered by all private health insurers. How many sessions are approved and at what rate they are reimbursed depends on your individual tariff and insurance provider. Please clarify early with your insurer or Beihilfe office under which conditions the respective service is reimbursed.

If you would like to cover the costs yourself, you can start without bureaucratic hurdles. Since the treatment does not appear in your health insurer's records, this can be an advantage, for example, if you later switch to private health insurance or apply for occupational disability insurance. Billing follows the fee schedule for psychotherapists or physicians (GOP/GOÄ). The costs may be considered for tax purposes under "other health expenses", within the limits of reasonable personal burden.
