If you send me a contact request, I will usually respond within 48 hours. If I need additional information, I will ask for it directly, and we will proceed to schedule an appointment. A free 15-minute informational consultation is available for each service. For psychotherapy, coaching, and couples therapy: The initial session and up to two follow-up sessions are intended to help us get to know each other and make a joint decision about whether to begin therapy or coaching. ADHD assessment can be completed within a few days or weeks.
